The gringos in SMA do look out for one another. I know of cases where they get you to the doctor if you are too sick to take yourself and follow you with your follow-up appointments. This is a plus about forming a workable expat community and thus I "get it" when it comes to this aspect of moving to SMA. Now, if I can just get them to "get it" when it comes to learning Spanish!

Doug BowerAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19933740.post-26883171027073852212007-04-27T07:05:00.000-05:002007-04-27T07:05:00.000-05:00Good-luck in SMA, Deb. Two of my manuscripts, "A Walk Through Mexico's Crown Jewel", and "Can I Live and Work in Mexico?", might be picked up by Twilight Times Books. I will know in two weeks. The survey we are doing will be with Mexicans only and done through the Internet Cafes--I hope!
Perhaps we will run into one another.

Doug BowerAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
