Caren Cross's documentary film about expatriate life in San Miguel will be screening in several festivals this fall. I'm extremely pleased to announce that she'll be at George Mason University in Fairfax on Monday, Sept. 24, at 7:30 at the Johnson Center Cinema (admission is free). If you are in the D.C. are and have an interest in life in San Miguel, I strongly encourage you to attend.

This is off topic, but I was hoping you could help me in my research. My husband and I are currently living and working in Honduras and want to move to the Guanajuato area. He is an elementary school teacher and looking for a job teaching at a bilingual school. I read your post on schools and raising kids, but was hoping you could be more specific about biligual schools in the area. I have only come accross the Waldorf School, which looks great, but I am wondering if there are more options.
