Canada Considers Fast-Track for Haitian Immigrants

This story highlights the differences between the U.S. and Canada.  The Canadian government says it is looking into a plan to help fast-track immigration from Haiti in the wake of the earthquake that has crippled the Caribbean country.  This comes from Prime Minister Stephen Harper, a conservative sometimes referred to as "Baby Bush."
