This NY Times article covers the three big deceptions associated with the border fence bill: 1) that a fence will be built; 2) that a fence will help; and 3) that the alternative Senate bill was weak, or an amnesty sell-out.
It really does pay to get the facts before you make up your mind about immigration issues. Comprehensive reform is what we need, the fence is pure folly.
