López-Obredor's challenge

Reading this morning's Washington Post and New York Times, I was pleased to see that López-Obredor has started moving toward a challenge of the election results last week. The European Union election observers did not find any inconsistences in the voting procedures, but given what is at stake in the election I think a thorough evaluation of election is in order. Mexicans are clearly divided regarding which path their country should take. Confirming now that the "winner" is actually the winner is essential not only in deciding the direction of fhe country's economic future, but also to keep citizens engaged in the political process.
