This article from the Houston Chronicle reveals that some charities in the Houston areas are asking for children's immigration status before distributing toys to needy kids. This has to be the lowest, most disturbing treatment of the undocumented I've heard of, and I've been in this business for a while.
My message to the Salvation Army: WWJD?
